Cases Wanted
Echo Imaging Solutions (EIS) receives a significant amount of case submissions on Instagram and we are streamlining this process to keep things organized. If you have a teaching case, excellent images to show off, or a unique pathology please email it to case@echoimagingsolutions.com along with the final diagnosis. We will keep these stored for future educational posts.
EIS is leveraging technology to bring educational studies to all areas of the world that may not have access. Your contributions and support are greatly appreciated as they give us the tools to refine the platform.
A friendly reminder that the launch discount for The Echo Journal ends in 2 days. You can claim that here below if you are interested in full access to our weekly educational articles.
Quick History Lesson
Echocardiography is a very niche field that first began in 1953 when Inge Endler described M-mode technology as a non-invasive form of imaging. The creation of 2D echocardiography and doppler came soon after in 1973 and was common practice for detecting blood flow within vessels. The educational landscape continues to evolve and we are fortunate to have such immense support within the echo community.
Have a great weekend,
